Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays-Britney Spears

Is Britney on the verge of renting this new address!!! Really is she doing it again or is she just making us believes or is it just a rumor? Well the Snitch has snitch out a bit of info that the pop star is ready to do it again (Move to a New Home that is). What I’m hearing is that it’s going to cost her a cool $25,000 a month hmmm wonder why she’s renting,when she can more likely purchase the place!!! She was previously leasing a 19,100-square-foot mansion with 10-bedrooms and 13-bathroooms in Hidden Hills, California; however, her new address is reportedly a two-story structure that measuresin at a little over 10,500-square-feet and includes a total of a five bathrooms and six-and-a-half baths. But hey The Thousand Oaks property features fine, custom-designed aesthetic details such as inlaid marble and wood flooring, heavily detailed wrought-iron staircases and exposed-beam ceilings in various areas throughout. The home also includes a capital of desirable amenities like an entertainment room, custom theater, wood-paneled library and chef’s kitchen. Wow sounds amazing!!!
